After updating to The Raiser's Edge 7.92, users may receive the error below when opening specific Constituent records in The Raiser's Edge, or when importing a constituent list into Blackbaud NetCommunity:

Error: General ODBC Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Subquery returned more than 1 value.  This is not permitted when the subquery follows =, !=, <, <=, >, >= or when the subquery is used as an expression.  Native error: 512 
Note : Before you proceed with the following instructions, back up the database. If your organization integrates multiple Blackbaud products, refer to the Additional Requirements section of the backup article.

If your software is hosted through Blackbaud Hosting Services:
  1. Log into The Raiser's Edge 7.92
  2. Click Plug-Ins from the navigation bar. The Plug-Ins screen appears.
  3. Click the Constituent Codes Sequence Utility link.
  4. Follow the prompts.

If the Plugin is not available then please refer to How to run a plug-in in a hosted environment.

If your software is installed locally:
  1. Log in to the workstation as a local administrator.
  2. Download the Fix Constituent Codes Sequence Plugin

  1. Save the EXE file to the local hard drive of any workstation with The Raiser's Edge installed.
  2. Double-click the EXE file.
  3. When prompted, unzip the files into the \Plugins folder on the workstation. (The default path is C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Raisers Edge 7\Plugins.) The EXE file is a self-extracting zip file which contains dobFixCCSequence.vbd and FixConstitCodesSequence.dll.
  4. Register FixConstitCodesSequence.dll on the workstation.
  5. Have all other users exit and sign out of The Raiser's Edge.
  6. Log into The Raiser's Edge.
  7. Click Plug-Ins from the navigation bar. The Plug-Ins screen appears.
  8. Click the Constituent Codes Sequence Utility link.
  9. Follow the prompts.
