Common form does not send email or show confirmation screen when submitted

When submitting a common form the confirmation screen does not display and the acknowledgement email is not sent.
This is resolved in the latest version of NetCommunity. If this behavior is persistent, please confirm you’re on the latest version of NetCommunity.
