This message appears when the Citrix Receiver application is attempting to re-establish a connection to Blackbaud's servers.
There are several reasons why the Citrix Receiver loses connectivity to Blackbaud's severs:
- Temporary slowdowns or connectivity related issues at the computer, on your local network, or on the Internet.
- Increased traffic on your local network, which is causing the connection to slow down or disconnect.
- A complete loss of connectivity between the computer and Blackbaud's servers, which may prevent the program from reconnecting.
