How to reset a user's password in a hosted environment

When a user forgets their password and needs it reset, system administrators may reset the password via the organizational unit.

1.  Log in as a system administrator.
2.  Go to the Administration functional area.
3.  Under Configuration on the left side of the screen, click on "Organizational units."
4.  Highlight the username of the user who needs their password reset.
5.  Click "Reset password" and the Reset password screen will appear.
6.  Enter the new password, and save the changes.
