Error: Invalid Username or Password

When users having Window Authentication set up for RE proper and they attempt to log into the RE mobile app, they receive "Invalid Username or Password" when entering in the RE username and password.
Enter the Windows Username and Password when logging into the mobile app (instead of the RE Username/Password).  It is important to note that the WIndows Username should be in the same format listed in the user's Blackbaud software record (an example might be domainname\username) in order to succesfully login.
