Favorites from ClickOnce not available in WebShell

 In ClickOnce users can create favorites stored in USERSETTINGS.FAVORITES. These favorites are not accessible in WebShell.
Any fixed favorites would have to be manually created in the users browser using its built-in bookmark functionality.  CRM itself provides Recent searches and Recently accessed areas to track user "favorites" between sessions.  Also, there is the ability to customize the home screen for each user so that common tasks are readily accessible.
