There are too many one-to-many fields in the output. Adjust the output so one-to-many fields don't impact each other negatively.
For example, say a constituent has 50 philanthropic gifts, 10 non-profit affiliations, and 6 affluence indicators. That one constituent alone would return 3000 rows of data (50x10x6).
Assume that was the average and multiply that by the 646 constituents in this query and you get 1,938,000 rows of data for just 646 constituents.
