404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable - When downloading a CSV file from Fund Summary

The following error message is received when clicking the "Download as a CSV file" link from the FS - part, such as the FS - Gifts List part:

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
The server must have a valid SSL certificate along with the following handlers in the NetCommunity web.config files:

HTTP handler:
<add verb="*" path="*.csv" type="WebTemplateComponents.WebTemplates.CsvHandler, BB.ComFoundPortal.WebTemplateComponents" />

Add the following within the <system.webServer> section:
        <add name="CSVHandler" verb="*" path="*.csv" type="WebTemplateComponents.WebTemplates.CsvHandler, BB.ComFoundPortal.WebTemplateComponents" />
