Duplicate Search in Batch doesn't find all Duplicates

In a Batch, you can click Constituent>Duplicate Search for Batch to look for Constituents who appear twice or more in the Batch grid.  If you run it after opening a Batch, it will identify some.  If you scroll down to the bottom of the Batch and search for duplicates again, it will find more.  In large batches it may not find all of them.

Alternative solution:

1. Right click in the grid and select Export to Excel.
2. Highlight the Constituent Name Column
3. On the Home Tab of the Excel window, click Conditional Formatting>Highlight Cells Rules>Duplicate Values
4. Select the highlighting format and click OK
5. Compare these duplicates to the entries in the Batch
