Application details are not exporting correctly when exporting multiple revenue records for constituents

When exporting revenue for a constituent, it is possible to export multiple applications for each gift.  That way, if gifts are split between multiple designations, all designations for a gift can be view via export.  However, if there is only one application for each gift exported, the application information is not included in the first row of columns for the split designations.  Instead, the first gift's application is included in the column for the first split designation, the second gift's application is included in the column for the second split, etc.  The problem with this is that if we are trying to view one application for a large number of gifts that are not split, we cannot simply output one application for all gifts; we have to output a number of applications that matches the number of gifts outputted.

Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
