1. Go to Contacts > Individuals or Contacts > Organizations
  2. Click the Advanced Search link
  3. Expand the appropriate folders in the Available Items area to locate your query filters
  4. Highlight the appropriate field
  5. Click Add
  6. Add the appropriate filter/search criteria
  7. Click OK
  8. Repeat as necessary for additional filters
  9. Click Run Query to run it immediately, Save To Query Library to save for future use, or Save As List to save the results as a static Contact List in your account
