Error: The report could not be loaded. The item '/Blackbaud/AppFx/Enterprise CRM/<db Name>/System Reports/Blackbaud/Internet Solutions/Exception Reports/NetCommunity Donation Transaction Batch Exception Report' cannot be found. (rsItemNotFound)

When running validation and exception reports for batches downloaded from Blackbaud Internet Solutions/NetCommunity, you receive the error: The report could not be loaded. The item '/Blackbaud/AppFx/EnterpriseCRM/<db Name>/System Reports/Blackbaud Internet Solutions/ExceptionReports/NetCommunity Donation Transaction Batch Exception Report' cannot be found. (rsItemNotFound)

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
