Please follow the below steps until this issue is resolved:
  1. Open the Blackbaud Hosting Services Files Folder.
  2. Download the desired files to your local computer.
  3. Delete unneeded or older exported files from the Files Folder to free up disk space.
  4. Re-export the desired file from your hosted application.
  5. Recreate the hosting username(s) experiencing the issue and attempt to export again.
