When deleting a batch, BATCHIGNOREDUPLICATE rows are not removed

 When committing a batch, the user can select to Check for duplicates.  BATCHIGNOREDUPLICATE stores batch rows whose duplicate information has been evaluated in batch.  After deleting the batch, the corresponding BATCHIGNOREDUPLICATE entries are supposed to also be deleted but they are not. 
This issue has been resolved as of 2.91.

Download and install the latest version and patch, if applicable.
