1. Ensure the price type exists in the system and has not been marked as inactive:
    1. Go to Tickets > Ticket Sales Setup
    2. Click Price types
    3. If the price type exists, continue to step 2
    4. If the price type is not listed, click the "Filter" icon and check the box to Include inactive, then click Apply
    5. Highlight the price type, click Edit and uncheck the "Inactive" box if it is to be used
  2. Ensure the price type is allowed for the sales method:
    1. Go to Tickets > Ticket Sales Setup
    2. Click Sales methods
    3. Click on Daily Sales
    4. Go to the Price types tab
    5. Highlight the missing price type and click "Allow price type" if it was previously prohibited
  3. Ensure the price type exists on the program:
    1. Go to Tickets > Program search
    2. Select the affected program
    3. Go to the Prices tab
    4. If the price is not listed, click the Add button to add the price type in the grid
    5. Click Save
  4. Attempt to add the button to the Daily Sales page again from under Tickets > Configure daily sales page
