Perform each step below until the issue is resolved:
  1. Clear the browser cache, cookies, and temporary Internet files
  2. Restart the browser.
  3. Verify there is not a Proxy Server connection. If so, disable the proxy connection in your firewall.
  4. Try logging in as a different Windows User Profile on the affected workstation to see if you can duplicate the error.  If you are not able to duplicate the error under a different Windows User Profile, recreate the Windows Profile causing issues.
