- Exit and sign completely from the appropriate Blackbaud application
- Browse to the Deploy folder on the network
- Within the Deploy folder, browse to this sub folder location: \ISSetupPrerequisites\Crystal Report XI Runtime Components
- Right-click on the Crystal Report 11.msi file. Select the Repair option when prompted.*
*If the application states that the file has not been installed, right-click on the file again and select Install.
