Relationship does not auto-populate in the Organization's Constituent Record when adding a Primary Business relationship

In the Constituent record under the Relationships tab adding a primary business relationship with an organization does not create the relationship in the organization's constituent record.  The relationship will show on the individual's record. However, when we go to the organization's Constituent record the relationship does not show under the Relationships tab.

This issue was caused by the TR_RELATIONSHIP_INSERT trigger being disabled.   Self Hosted clients will need to enable this trigger in their SQL Server.  If you are a hosted client please submit a case.
