- Log into The Raiser's Edge as a user with the Supervisor user name
- Ensure the email used in the Customer Information window is linked to an active Raiser's Edge user on Blackbaud.com.
- If you have The Raiser's Edge and Blackbaud NetCommunity installed in Blackbaud Hosting Services, log into the The Raiser's Edge and not the The Raiser's Edge - BBNC Plugin
- Test with another email account if possible
- Test on another workstation if possible
If the error persists after working through the above please contact Support with the following information:
- The serial number from your RE database.
- The email(s) used in the Customer Information window during configuration:
