If your Raiser's Edge database is hosted by Blackbaud, contact Support and reference this article.
If your Raiser's Edge database is hosted by your organization, try each of the following steps until the error is resolved:
- Make sure that the correct firewall ports are opened for RE mobile.
- Attempt to log into The Raiser's Edge database locally. Make note of any error messages received, if applicable.
- Verify that the SQL Server service is running on the server and attempt to login at the server
- Verify the database is online. Then, detach and re-attach the database in the Blackbaud Management Console
- Update/repair The Raiser's Edge on the computer and re-apply any applicable patch.
