Service Revisions Fail at Revision 1140 while upgrading NetCommunity

Even if you are using the proper authentication, revisions on the webserver in the DMZ fail with message:

Revision text: ExecuteCode: Blackbaud.AppFx.Galileo.ServiceRevisions.CodeRevisions1140 Rev_449_ConvertREVENUE ---> System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user 'sa'.
 Option 1:

1. Copy the entire BBAppFx folder over to the SQL server where the BBNC database is located
2. Access the BBAppFx configuration tool
3. Manually run revisions using integrated security in the connection string instead of a Username and Password (integrated security = sspi)

Option 2

1. Create a Windows user that is both on the web server and the SQL server
2. Add this user to the SQL instance as a sysadmin
3. Login to the webserver with this new Windows ID
4. Access the BBAppFx configuration tool
5. Manually run revisions using integrated security in the connection string instead of a Username and Password (integrated security = sspi)
