If you are experiencing this issue and have a PCL6 driver installed, please work with your IT staff to implement the following fix: 
  1. Find the model of your printer.
  2. Locate a PCL5 variation (PCL5, PCL5c, etc.) or PostScript (PS) driver located on the manufacturer's website.
  3. Uninstall your current driver.
  4. Install the new PCL5 driver.
  5. Verify you are able to print locally.
  6. Log back into the application.
  7. Verify that the Citrix Universal Print Driver is being used.
  8. Attempt to print a multi-page job again to verify the solution is working.
