Complete the steps in the order listed below until the issue is resolved:
  1. If using a third party backup application such as Crash Plan, then stop the CrashPlanService service in Windows services and create the new report. If the issue no longer occurs, then you may want to consider having the third party backup application omit backing up the user's Temp folder.   Please contact the appropriate software vendor or IT professional for assistance with this process or issue, which is beyond Blackbaud's scope of support.
  2. Reboot the computer
  3. Update/repair the workstation
