To address this issue, follow the steps below:
- If running Citrix Receiver 3.1, uninstall and reinstall your Citrix Metaframe client.
- Open Internet Explorer and click Tools, Internet Options.
- Click the Content tab.
- Click the Clear SSL State button, and then click OK.
- Ensure the URL of the datacenter has been made an exception in the Firewall, Proxy, and Web Filter
