To address this issue, follow the steps below:

  1. If running Citrix Receiver 3.1, uninstall and reinstall your Citrix Metaframe client.
  2. Open Internet Explorer and click Tools, Internet Options.
  3. Click the Content tab.
  4. Click the Clear SSL State button, and then click OK.
  5. Ensure the URL of the datacenter has been made an exception in the Firewall, Proxy, and Web Filter
