While logged into your hosted application (The Raiser's Edge, Education Edge, or The Financial Edge) please perform the following to resolve this issue:

  1. Click the Tools option at the top of the screen and select Mail Configuration.
  2. Type in the user's First and Last name (with the first character of each name capitalized).
  3. Click OK.
  4. Click Tools>Microsoft Outlook and log into the hosted Outlook.
If Outlook will not load and still prompts the above error, please perform the following:
