If extending the timeout past 20 minutes, the Idle Time-out setting for the Blackbaud Apps application pool will need to be adjusted as well.
  1. Open IIS Manager
  2. Go to Application Pools
  3. Select the Blackbaud Apps (.Net 2.0) application pool
  4. Under Actions, select Advanced Settings
  5. Under Process Model, increase the "Idle Time-out (minutes) from the default of 20 minutes to the new timeout setting selected in the FAWeb web.config file.
