To determine if this issue is user-specific, perform the following steps:
  1. Have a separate user log into the affected computer as themselves (the entire computer, not the hosting metaframe).
  2. Have the user log into Blackbaud Hosting Services on the affected computer as themselves.
  3. If the user can log in to the affected computer as themselves, and log into the application successfully, then the issue is user-specific and the following troubleshooting steps should be performed to resolve the issue:
