In cases where the Daily Transaction Reports do not match the corresponding Disbursement Report, please complete the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Make sure that the reports are from the same date range.  For example, if you are attempting to reconcile the July 8th disbursement for the Pay Cycle from July 1 - July 7, make sure that you are comparing it against the Daily Transaction Reports from July 1 - July 7.
     
  2. Confirm that the Daily Transaction Reports are filtered to only include Approved transactions.  By default, the Daily Transaction report will include both Approved and Declined transactions.  You can exclude Declined transactions by setting the Result field to 'Approved transactions only.'  If the account has Fraud Management activated, do not exclude Declined transactions. This will remove any transactions with fees from the screening process.

*Note: When comparing reports, be sure to view the Disbursement report in Detail, rather than Summary. The detail report will provide a breakdown by transaction for easier comparison.
