The "To year for promotion school" field appears if the selected promotion schedule has the option "Graduates go to [school] in grade level [grade]" marked. If the correct academic year is not listed in the "To year for promotion school dropdown, the academic year needs to be created.

If the schools within your database use the same names for academic years, use the following steps to resolve this issue.
1. In the Promotion schedule field, click the magnifying glass to view the promotion schedule.
2. Note the school selected in the "Graduates go to [school] in grade level [grade]".
3. In Configuration, Academic years, create the next academic year for the school identified in step 2.
4. Create the Mark for Reenrollment parameter again. Note the "To year for promotion school" field no longer appears and is not required to run the wizard.
5. Run the wizard.

If the schools within your database use different names for academic years, (for example, if Lower School names their academic years LS 2013-2014, LS 2014-2015, and Middle School names their academic years MS 2013-2014, MS 2014-2015), use the following steps to resolve this issue.

1. In the Promotion schedule field, click the magnifying glass to view the promotion schedule.
2. Note the school selected in the "Graduates go to [school] in grade level [grade]".
3. In Configuration, Academic years, create the next academic year for the school identified in step 2.
4. Create the Mark for Reenrollment parameter again.
5. In the "To year for promotion school" field, select the academic year you created for the school identified in step 2.
6. Run the wizard.
