1. Ensure you are logged into the Files Folder and are in the folder in which to upload the file.
  2. Remove any unneeded files from the Files Folder that you have placed here under your credentials and upload the file again. You may be at or near the 100 MB per user limit (BB585884)

    Note: If using PaperSave, feel free to delete the files from the Files Folder once PaperSave has linked it to the desired record.  PaperSave keeps a link to the document, and does not link to the document within the Files Folder.
