From within the Edit Email screen:
  1. Click the Hyper Link icon in the icon bars above the editor screen
  2. Choose the Link Type
    • External link is used to add an external address, like your master website, or a CMS page link
    • Webpage is used if you want to add a stand alone webpage link
    • Module is used for existing Sphere Initiatives
  3. Type or paste the url address in the 'Link' box
  4. Enter the text of how you want the link to appear.  Like 'Click Here', for example
  5. Click OK
  6. Click Save and Finish
  7. Update the event on the Webinfo Checklist
