If the user takes too long in building the report, the report will display a the Session Expired error.  To correct this, please log out and log back into Sphere and attempt to run the report again. This error can also be related to browser incompatibily issues. Refer to BB724097 to resolve compatibility issues.

Note: If you are accessing Sphere through Rasier's Edge, these reports will always timeout.  Please log into http://www.internet.blackbaud.com and run all future reports directly in Sphere.
