User receives Sphere Credentials Configuration screen after clicking the Scheduler link for the Blackbaud Sphere Connector. Above the Cancel button, user receives error: Received Configuration. The organization is unable to proceed past this stage (even after clicking Finish), which prevents them from initiating a sync. Also, the options to send Mapping Metadata are missing. User only has the choice to "Sync Data From" date or "Sync All". This can happen, but is not limited to times after a Connector update.
