Error: The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.

This can occur when running the AddressFinder export from Administration > Data Tune Up > Change of Address Process.

This error is due to the file name being too long. By default, 260 character limit is imposed by Windows. When BBEC auto-generates the file name, it includes the entire organization name. If your organization name is long, this could occur.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
