Team Approach is unable to connect to the payment processor to get an alias. The error is a result of the SSL certificate in the Oracle Wallet failing to authenticate with the payment processor's servers.  This can be cause be either the URLs used to call the gateway being incorrect, the certificate itself being invalid and/or a configuration issue with the payment processor's servers.
