Error: The old password you have entered is incorrect - when changing the password in Blackbaud Hosting Services

When changing your password for Blackbaud Hosting Services, you may receive the following message: "The old password you have entered is incorrect".  This occurs because the system did not recognize the old password you entered as being your current password.
Please try retyping the old password to verify it has been entered correctly.

Steps to Duplicate

  1. Log into Blackbaud Hosting Services after your password has expired
  2. Type in your old password and new password, then confirm your new password.
  3. Click Submit
  4. You will then receive a message that "The old password you have entered is incorrect" and cannot continue to change your password.
