Request a primary role or the hosting user role and your site administrator will approve the request for you to receive hosting notifications. For Luminate customers, the role can be a primary or user role.

If you are still unable to receive hosting notifications after following these steps, please make sure that emails from are marked safe and are not being directed to your spam folder.

If you wish to no longer receive the outage notifications, remove your hosting user role from your profile under Manage Roles.

Note: Notifications of updates to the Luminate Online Plug-in for The Raiser's Edge are not sent via email.  They are announced on our Raiser's Edge blog.
