Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

1. Reboot the server.
2. Reorg your division files. (49961)
3. A dll may have been changed through a virus checker or other software.  A reinstall of Fundware may possibly be necessary if it can't be narrowed down as to which dll was changed.  In some cases, Support may be able to get a dll here to the client but a reinstall could also be the most efficient answer.
