The Raiser's Edge hangs when opening a constituent record

 The Raiser's Edge users notice that when opening a constituent record the program will hang on that particular record with an hour glass before any actions can be taken.  This can occur when there are constituent user defined business rules created in Config > Business Rules.
Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

Alternate Solution:
Remove all constituent user-defined business rules.  If the issue persists, gift user-defined business rules may also need to be removed.
