Change the Language of your preferred Internet browser to French-Canadian (fr-CA):

Internet Explorer:
  1. Go to Tools > Internet Options
  2. In the Appearance section at the bottom of the General tab, select Languages
  3. In the Language Preference section, select Add to add French Canadian (if it is not already in the current list of preferred languages).
  4. From the list of languages, select French (Canada) [fr-CA], and click OK
  5. In the Language Preference window, highlight French (Canada) [fr-CA], and select the option to Move Up until the selection is at the top of the language preference list
  6. Click OK, and then OK again to exit Internet Options
  7. Refresh your browser to update language preferences

Google Chrome:
  1. Go to the Menu in the upper right corner Settings > Show advanced settings  
  2. From Languages > Language and input settings...
  3. In the Languages section, Click Add
  4. From the drop-down, select French (Canada) and click OK
  5. Drag the French (Canada) option to the top of the Languages list
  6. Refresh your browser to update language preferences

Mozilla Firefox:
  1. Go to Menu in the upper right corner > Options > Content
  2. In the Languages section, select Choose
  3. Click the drop-down in the Select language to add field, and select French/Canada [fr-ca]
  4. Click Add
  5. Click Move Up until French/Canada [fr-ca] is at the top of the list of languages
  6. Click OK
  7. Refresh your browser to update language preferences
