This issue typically occurs when one or more of the Sponsors listed have a Raiser's Edge record containing a comma in either the First, Last, or Organization Name fields. This may cause the name to be split up into two lines, thus bumping down the list of names and causing Sponsors to match up to incorrect gift amounts.

To resolve:
  1. Navigate to Records > Constituents and locate the donor
  2. Edit the constituent record
  3. Remove the comma
  4. Save
The list of Sponsors on the participant's NetCommunity tab should automatically update.
