With Blackbaud Hosting Services, users are able to access their hosted Blackbaud products (i.e. The Raiser's Edge, The Financial Edge, or Education Edge), from their respective datacenter. Some users have experienced the above listed error message when attempting to log into hosted products in the Citrix environment.
This error may also appear as or be accompanied by the following prompts:
"Error: PaperSave. The PaperSave Runtime could not be started or communicated with. PaperSave will be disabled for the remainder of this session. Please contact your system administrator or PaperSave support if this issue persists."
"Error: PaperSave. It appears as if you might have just installed an update or installed the runtime for the first time. If that is not the case then please contact PaperSave Support otherwise click on retry below. Please contact PaperSave Support if this issue persist. Would you like to retry loading the PaperSave Runtime?"
