This error is occurring because the cards have already been printed or the output has been downloaded. This marks the cards in the process with a status of "Printed." If you would like to download or print the cards again, you must "Clear Results" to revert the status of the cards in the results to "Issued," and run the process again:
  1. Go under Memberships > Print membership cards
  2. Click on the process you are using to print membership cards
  3. On the right, click "Clear Results"
  4. Click Start process to re-run the process
  5. Click "Print cards" or "Download output"
