Online Donations (NetCommunity, NetSolutions, eTapestry)
- A full address has not been entered
- An incorrect two-digit state code has been entered
- The donor typed the full state name rather than use the two-digit code
- A foreign address is being used and the foreign country has not been configured correctly in The Raiser's Edge > Config > International (NetCommunity and NetSolutions only)
Batch Transactions (The Raiser's Edge) - When a transaction is processed in Batch, The Raiser's Edge automatically includes the preferred address on the Bio 1 tab of the donor's constituent record because there are no address fields in a Gift Batch. The preferred address does not have to match the billing address for the card, but must be a valid address.
- The donor's constituent record has a blank or incomplete preferred address on the Bio 1 tab
- The donor's constituent record has a foreign address and the foreign country has not been configured correctly in Config > International
