Page says Loading and icons are jumbled in Internet Explorer 9

When logging into Faculty Access for the Web on Internet Explorer 9, you may see a Loading banner and/or icons that do not look organized in any fashion.
Try the following steps until the issue is resolved:
  1. Clear the Internet Explorer 9 cache:
Once your browser is open, click the gear at the top right to open the settings menu. Then, select Safety and Delete Browsing History... Or, optionally you may simply press Ctrl-Shift-Delete to open the Delete Browsing History window.

Select Temporary Internet Files. You will also need to uncheck all the other boxes, especially Preserve Favorites website data. This option makes the window also delete objects from websites in your Favorites folder, which is necessary to completely clear your cache.

  2. Add Faculty Access for the Web as a Trusted Site:
Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button . In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer.
Click the Tools button, and then click Internet options.
    Click the Security tab.
Now click on Trusted sites and then click on the sites button.
Enter the Website URL and click on Add.
When you are finished, click on Close

  3. Uninstall Faculty Access for the Web and re-install Faculty Access for the Web

Environment
