1. Complete the mailing process, you'll be taken to the Process page. Note: if you need a list from a past run of a process go to the process page and then click the History tab
  2. In the action bar, click Download (or in some cases Download Output).  
  3. If given the option, choose to download a spreadsheet of results to CSV or XLSX and save
  4. With the results of the export as your datalist, use the Mail Merge Wizard in Microsoft Word to create and merge your labels or envelopes
