After updating the attribute in The Raiser's Edge, user logs into NetCommunity and selects Refresh Code Table. The available attributes do not refresh with the new information. Select Refresh Code Tables and after a period of time the attributes finally refresh.
There are cache settings in the new version of NetCommunity.
Log on as a Supervisor user to NetCommunity
Click Administration > Site & Settings
Click the tab for Cache Settings
Verify the time that your Code Tables are being cached
Updates to SQL tables will appear after the cached period
