There are a few possible reasons that you may not be able to see a sponsorship level in Bookkeeping > Single Sponsorship Entry.
  1. Go to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends > Kintera Thon
  2. Hover over the event name, and click Website Info
  3. Click Sponsor Information
  4. Verify the following on your Sponsorship Level that is not displaying:
  • That there is a YES that appears under the column "Available for Online Sale"
  • That the number under the "# Available" column is more than the number of sponsorships already sold.  You can also verify this on the event site itself.  If a level is marked Sold Out, it will not appear as a selectable option in Bookkeeping
