1. Verify that the username and password being entered are correct.
  2. Make sure that a compatible browser is being used. Sphere is compatible with Internet Explorer
  3. Clear the browser's cache and attempt to login again
    • In Internet Explorer, this can be done through Tools > Internet Options. Under Browsing History, click Delete. Next, delete your Temporary Internet Files and Cookies.)
  4. Have another Account Administrator from the organization log in and trigger a password reset to the user's email address.
