Perform the following steps in order until the issue is resolved: 
  1. Rename the BBUPDATE.INI file on the workstation.
  2. Attempt to log into the program so that the patch is applied (NOTE: If on a Windows 7 machine, right click on the program icon and select Run as Administrator).
  3. Browse to the Patch folder in the Deploy folder
  4. Double-click the BBPatch.exe file to apply the patch
